Whatever you say about modern frameworks and libraries, I am still a big fan of jQuery. "Write less - do more" really sums it up. Many of its pioneering concepts have now been implemented as "Vanilla" JavaScript or rather ECMAScript elements into modern browsers. Unfortunately, without the jQuery object-chaining principle, but nonetheless the time has come when we can "live without jQuery". Once again: a huge thank you to John Resig!
When it comes to the backend I mainly work with PHP and SQL-Server. Our corporate web servers run IIS.
