The universe is crazy. I mean teacup pig with a Mohawk crazy.

Software development is just an attempt to cordon off a small portion of it and say "just..do this. do this one thing, no surprises."

I hope some day by asking, in the cleanest most well written and beautifully structured way possible...it might just do it.
