Sass is a CSS preprocessor which enables advanced features not available in normal CSS.

Sass (S yntactically A wesome S tyle s heets) extends traditional CSS by providing several features available in other programming languages, particularly object-oriented languages, but that are not available to CSS3 itself. Sass provides features such as variables, mixins, nesting, and selector inheritance.
