@black thorws() is deprecated. nothorw is just completely wrong and should be noexcept. But also note thorws() has a slightly different meaning to noexcept in terms of at what point the application is terminated.

nothrow is deprecated (dunno officially or not). And move ctor/assignment should be noexcept which allow you to move_if_noexcept.
