Interesting that in Python 3 there is no decimals with your solution which results in no float and no ceil needed.

Glad you liked it! To be fair, I learnt about it as I wasn't quite satisfied with the (1 if c else 0). At the end, it is quite cool that the solution reads like English : return the quotient plus one if there is a reminder.
