UPDATE2: I followed most of the hints and created a new thread with the latest version: GPIO wrapper class

I have a C++ class which acts as an abstraction for a IO device which is controlled through file descriptors. As I am very uncommon to C++ I would be glad if you can give me a devastating feedback of things I done wrong.

• Things which are open for failues
• C++ approaches which can be used over C approaches (file IO)
