Plus 1 for this. Instead of DoorIsNotVirtualIfNameStartsWithLetterOtherThanV name the method door_is_not_virtual_if_name_starts_with_letter_other_than_v. This describes the test, is easy to read, and, as an added bonus, visually clearly separates from the CamelCase methods used in production code.
