I'm leading agile teams building a next generation Government-as-a-platform. We are working on improving the user experience for data discovery and visualization, and also providing APIs for others to build awesome things. We craft our software using Scrum with XP practices (TDD, ATDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery) with some Lean thrown in for good measure. Our tools include Spring, Ruby on Rails, Cucumber, and fun!
